The report offers an inside look at aGILE—how it works, what it has achieved, the lessons learned, and a roadmap for the future. It highlights how aGILE elevates innovation across Oxfam and partner organizations by shifting mindsets, embracing experimentation, adopting agile and sprint methodologies, building innovation capabilities, and forging unlikely partnerships. At the heart of this work is a deep commitment to centering the agency of those on the frontlines of inequality—true to Oxfam’s feminist and decolonial principles.
