About the event
Oxfam Connect is our first-ever conference of Oxfam donors, volunteers, and allies. The two-day gathering offers an exciting opportunity to learn more about the life-changing work you are helping to advance.
Why you should attend
At Oxfam Connect, you will learn more about the powerful impact your support is having around the world. You’ll also have the chance to participate in active discussions about our most critical strategies for taking on global poverty in 2019.
You’ll EXPERIENCE Oxfam’s core programs, ENGAGE with Oxfam staff, partners, and supporters, and EMPOWER yourself and others to drive forward efforts to overcome global poverty. Choose from a wide array of panel discussions, workshops, and other interactive sessions. Get the latest information about emergency response, long-term solutions, and global advocacy campaigns.
On April 11-12, 2019, gather in Boston with Oxfam supporters to learn, connect, and discover new ways to help create a just world without poverty.
In order to create a worthwhile and rewarding conference for you, we’re charging a fee of $50 per participant to offset the costs of meals as well as travel expenses for speakers.
Want to attend the conference but can’t afford admission?
Thanks to the support of several generous donors, we are able to sponsor the registration costs for a number of Oxfam Connect participants. Sponsorships are being offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up here for an Oxfam Connect sponsorship, which provides entry to all sessions and networking events.
We’re putting together a strong collection of speakers for Oxfam Connect. Come meet our president, Abby Maxman, other members of our leadership team, and Oxfam staff and partners from the U.S. and around the world.
