DR. KEECHA HARRIS is president and CEO of Keecha Harris and Associates, Inc. (KHA), a U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a)– certified firm balancing a portfolio of environmental, reproductive, economic mobility, and leadership development projects. Since 1999, KHA has led organizational development, project management, and evaluation projects for publicly and privately funded efforts with grantmaking organizations with assets exceeding $340 billion. The firm has also been retained by clients to facilitate power-differentiated stakeholders in processes framed to redress racial inequities, and it actively engages leaders in strategy development that centers racial equity in a politically hostile environment.
