Rachel joined Oxfam in 2010 and oversees Oxfam America’s public-facing communications that are designed to build brand, constituency, and donations. She served on the Global Identity Team that developed Oxfam’s new brand materials, is a member of the Brand and Communication group which oversees many aspects of the Oxfam confederation’s communications, and is leading a redesign of the global communications structure as part of the Oxfam 2020 vision project.

Previously, Rachel was Vice President of Wellesley Hills Group (now the Rain Group), a marketing and sales consulting practice. She has had an extensive career in professional services marketing including key roles in higher education, consulting, accounting, investment banking and law. She is skilled in strategic planning and has developed local, regional, national, and international marketing initiatives for Goldman Sachs, Andersen, Mercer Human Resources Consulting, and major law firms. Rachel holds a BA in English and American Studies from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
