Roger Widmann

Investment Banker

Roger was a principal of Tanner & Co., Inc., an investment banking firm specializing in providing advice to corporations ranging from Fortune 200 companies to mid-sized firms. From 1986 to 1995, Roger was a senior managing director in charge of investment banking at Chemical Banking Corporation (now JP Morgan Chase). Prior to joining Chemical, Roger was a founder and managing director of First Reserve Corporation, the largest independent energy investing firm in the U.S. He is Chairman of Cedar Realty Trust, Inc., and a Director of Standard Motor Products, Inc. Mr. Widmann is also Chairman of Keystone National Group, a manager of private equity funds. He was Chairman of Lydall, Inc., a manufacturer of temperature control and filtration materials. Mr. Widmann is also a Senior Moderator of the Aspen Seminar at the Aspen Institute and a board member of the March of Dimes of Greater New York. He is a graduate of Brown University and Columbia Law School.
