Joe is currently Of Counsel at Goodwin Procter, LLP, having been a partner there from 2000-2014. Goodwin is an international law firm with offices in Boston, New York, Washington, California, Hong Kong and London. Joe’s practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Joe founded Friedman Siegelbaum, in Roseland, New Jersey which grew to over 60 attorneys before being acquired by Goodwin Procter in 2000. Joe currently serves as the President of the March of Dimes New York Division.
