Dabie H. Tsai

Dabie is the Managing Partner for the San Francisco office of CrossCountry Consulting where she provides additional leadership to its West Coast practice. Dabie has 23 years of extensive experience in a wide range of specialties including risk-based integrated audits of large multinational companies, US GAAP and IFRS, SEC and IPO filings for both domestic and foreign filers, SOX 404 controls and processes, credit risk, consolidations, mergers and acquisitions, and matters of corporate governance.
Most recently, Ms. Tsai served as the Global Lead Audit Engagement Partner of KPMG Spain’s largest global audit client. Prior to that, she held a number of lead roles with KPMG U.S. on the firm’s largest audit clients in different industries including banking, telecommunications, manufacturing and hospitality. Ms. Tsai was also a member of KPMG’s Lead Partners Forum, the KPMG Executive Leadership Institute for Women, and a graduate of the KPMG-INSEAD International Banking Executive Program. She has been published in financial newspapers and is a speaker at various industry and professional forums and universities.
Ms. Tsai is a U.S. CPA and a Canadian Chartered Accountant. She has significant expertise working in different countries and is fluent in English, Spanish and Chinese.
