How do I join the Pledge Partner Program online?
Start to make a monthly credit card gift by using our Pledge Partner Sign-Up form. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email, which includes a personalized link so that you can access your account information. Be sure to save this email for easy access to your account, or you can log in through the "My account" link found on the upper right section of this Web site.
How do I make a monthly automatic bank transfer gift?
Please fill out the form below and mail or fax it to Oxfam America. Your request must be accompanied by a check marked "void" from your checking account. This option helps simplify your regular support and affords us to maximize our funding for our programs to end poverty, hunger, and injustice.

When will my automatic bank transfer gift be deducted from my account?
Pledge Partner automatic bank transfer gifts are generally processed on the 21st of each calendar month, and a consolidated gift statement will be provided annually.
How do I sign up to receive a monthly Pledge Partner reminder?
Please fill out the form below or send us an email with your name, mailing address, and monthly gift amount to pledge@oxfamamerica.org. You'll receive your Pledge Partner Statement/Reminder during the first week of every month.
Making a Monthly Gift by Check form (PDF)
When will my online credit card gift be processed?
Upon the successful completion of your first online monthly gift, your subsequent gifts will be processed on the same date each month as your first online gift. Please note that this applies only to those who originally signed up online. You will also receive a monthly email to confirm that your gift has been made. If for some reason we are unable to process your gift, we will send you a notification requesting new information.
How do I change my online credit card information or increase my gift?
To access your online account information used for your monthly credit card gifts, please retrieve your last email from Oxfam America acknowledging your gift. At the bottom of each email, you will find a personalized link to access your account information. Once in your account, access the "Service Center" tab, and you will be able to modify your name and address and access your present credit card information.
You can also log into your account pages using the "My account" link found in the upper right section of this Web site. If you are still unable to access your account information, please call us at (800) 77-OXFAM to implement the desired change.
When will my credit card gift be charged to my account?
Pledge Partner credit card gifts are generally processed on the 15th of each calendar month, unless you originally signed up online, in which case your gift is processed on the same date each month as your first online gift. A year-end gift statement will be provided to you annually.
How do I switch from using my credit card to using my checking account?
Just fill out the Pledge Partner Change form (PDF) and mail it with a check marked "void" from your checking account. Upon receipt of new bank information, we will initiate the use of your bank account information for your regular gifts and suspend use of your credit card. Most changes take between two to three weeks to implement.
How do I stop my automatic gifts made through my credit card or bank account?
To stop your automatic gift payments, please email your request with your name, mailing address, current gift payment method, and pledge amount to pledge@oxfamamerica.org or mail your request to the Oxfam America Pledge Partner Program. (See address below.)
How do I change the form of payment used for my regular donations?
Changes made to an existing automatic gift payment take between three to four weeks to process. You will receive confirmation when your request has been processed.
