How do I join the Pledge Partner Program online?
Start to make a monthly credit card gift by using the electronic form accessed through Make a Monthly Gift Online Form (http://www.oxfamamerica.org/monthlypledge). Upon completion you will receive a confirmation email, which includes a personalized link so that you may access your account information. Be sure to save this email for easy access to your account information.
How do I make a monthly automatic bank transfer gift?
Please fill out the form below and mail or fax it to Oxfam America. Your request must be accompanied with a check marked void from your checking account. This option helps simplify your regular support and affords us the most possible for our programs to end poverty and injustice.
When will my automatic bank transfer gift be deducted from my account?
Pledge Partner automatic bank transfer gifts are generally processed on the 21st of each calendar month, and a consolidated gift statement is provided annually.
How do I sign up to receive a monthly statement?
Please fill out the form below or send us an email with your name, mailing address and monthly gift amount to pledge@oxfamamerica.org. You'll receive your first Pledge Reminder/Statement during the first week of every month.

When will my online credit card gift be transacted?
Upon the successful completion of your first online monthly gift, your subsequent gifts will processed on the same date, each month. Also, you will receive a monthly email to confirm that your gift has been made. If for some reason we are unable to process your gift, we will send you an email requesting new information.
How do I change my online credit card information?
To access your credit card information used for your monthly gifts, please retrieve your last email from Oxfam America acknowledging your gift. At the bottom of each email you will find a personalized link to access your account information. There you will be able to modify your name and address and access your present credit card information being used.
If you cannot locate your last email from us or are unable to access your information, please call us at 800-77-OXFAM to implement the desired change.
When will my credit card gift be charged to my account?
Pledge Partner credit card gifts are generally processed on the 15th of each calendar month, and a year-end gift statement is provided to you annually. This pertains to specifically to members who have not joined through the Oxfam America website.
How do I switch from using my credit card to my checking account?
Just fill out the Pledge Partner Change Form (PDF) (see personalized link found above under "How do I change the form of payment used for my regular donations?") and mail it in with a check marked "void." Upon receipt of new bank information, we will implement the new bank account information for your regular gifts and suspend use of your credit card. Most changes take between two to three weeks to implement.
How do I stop my monthly credit card gifts being made online?
If you signed up to the Pledge Partner Program online with your credit card, please retrieve our last email from Oxfam America acknowledging your gift. At the bottom of each email you will find a personalized link to access your account.
The link provided will give you access to your account to stop future gift payments. If you cannot locate your last confirmation email, please notify us at pledge@oxfamamerica.org, so that we may work on your behalf to implement the desired change.
How do I increase my monthly, online gift amount?
Please contact the Pledge Partner Program via phone or fax with your new gift amount along with your mailing address associated with your online, monthly gifts. Most requests take between two to three weeks to complete, and the new amount will be effective with your next scheduled gift. You will receive confirmation of the change made to your account.
How do I change the form of payment used for my regular donations?

Changes made to an existing automatic gift payment take between three to four weeks to process. You will receive confirmation when your request has been processed.
How do I stop giving through automatic gift payments made through my credit card or bank account?
To stop your automatic gift payments please email your request with your name, mailing address, current gift payment method, along with your pledge amount to pledge@oxfamamerica.org or mail your request to the Oxfam America, Pledge Partner Program (see address above).
