Oxfam America

3rd Annual Clubs Training

Oxfam America is excited to invite all members and rising leaders of Oxfam Clubs at US colleges and universities to apply for the 3rd Annual Clubs Training (ACT) to be held at our Boston headquarters January 6-8, 2009.

Oxfam’s ACT is designed to both strengthen ties between Oxfam and Oxfam Clubs and create a nationwide network. ACT will also help grow and equip club leaders to be campus activists for global and social justice. The three day training consists of in-depth issue analysis directly related to Oxfam America's mission, plus leadership and skills training required to run and sustain an Oxfam movement on your campus and in your community.

Please complete the application below. Space is limited; so we encourage you to apply early. The deadline to apply is Tuesday, October 14, at 5:00 pm (EST).

Oxfam will cover the cost of the training, room and board, and travel. You must be a current member of a college or university based Oxfam Club to apply.
