United Farm Workers (UFW) was founded more than 40 years ago by Cesar Chavez and Dolores Huerta to improve the lives of farmworkers and their families in the United States. UFW fights for collective bargaining agreements, engages in state and federal regulatory and political issues, and most importantly, actively supports and mobilizes the farmworker community.
