For 25 years, Farmworker Justice (FJ) has been helping empower migrant and seasonal farmworkers to improve their wages and working conditions, labor and immigration policy, health and safety, and access to justice. Using a multi-faceted approach, FJ engages in litigation, administrative and legislative advocacy, training and technical assistance, coalition-building, public education and support for union organizing.
