The Farmworkers Association of Florida (FWAF) is a membership organization of more than 6,000 farmworker families from predominately Mexican, Haitian, African-American, Guatemalan, and Salvadoran communities. Its goal is to empower farmworkers throughout the state to respond to and gain control over the social, political, economic, and workplace issues affecting their lives. FWAF focuses on community and labor issues, training, leadership development, organizing, and advocacy.
