The Delmarva Community Alliance (DCA) unites people and organizations working for justice within the poultry industry in Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. DCA seeks to incorporate basic ethical and moral standards in the poultry industry, including: worker rights to safe working conditions, fair wages and benefits; grower rights to fair contracts and fair returns; and consumer rights to safe, wholesome food and environmental safeguards.
