BUILDING ASSETS THROUGH COMMUNITY FINANCE PROGRAMS

Oxfam seeks to build security for farmers and fishers by helping them:

Build and secure their assets through community finance programs that rely on the community's own savings. This self-help approach decreases dependence on outside funding and enables community-generated financial and social capital.
