Oaxacan Community Technical Assessment was formed in 1990 by a group of professional men and women with close to 20 years of experience working with rural communities in the state of Oaxaca. ASETECO provides technical training and advice on agriculture and forest administration, management, and financing to rural communities, ejidos, small landowners, NGOs, and government institutions. ASETECO's work concentrates on women, community forestry, community education, and ecology.
