Visa requirements

Should you need a visa, please contact the local consulate in your region or a passport/visa service to obtain one.

Invitation letter

Should you require a letter of invitation to obtain your visa, we will happily draft a letter for you. Please note: we will issue an invitation letter after the registration fee is paid.

The requesting party must provide the following information:

• Salutation
• First, middle, last name
• Country of citizenship
• Position within your organization
• Name of organization
• Address of organization
• Dates of travel
• Hotel where you will be staying during the conference
