Registration Dates

General Registration: February 5th to February 18th Registration Fee:  USD $ 625.00

After February 18th, please email savingsconference@oxfamamerica.org if you would like to register for the conference. Please include “Conference Registration” in the subject line.

Registration Package

The registration fee includes:

  • Admission to the two day conference
  • Breakfast, lunch and snacks for both days
  • Admission to day one’s evening cocktail reception
  • USB drive of conference materials

Travel and Accommodations

All travel and hotel accommodations are not included. We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel at a discounted rate for conference participants.

Refund Policy

Registrations cancelled on or before February 15, 2013 will be refunded 100% of PAID registration fees. No refunds will be processed after February 15, 2013. Registration cancellations due to an unaccepted visa application will be refunded 100% of PAID registration fees.
