As Oxfam’s VP of People, Culture and Global Human Resources, Angie is responsible for ensuring that Oxfam America is fostering a supportive and motivational work environment for all employees through innovative staff engagement and HR practices.
In more than 20 years as a human resource professional, Angie has successfully led the HR function for a number of organizations in several industries, including hospitality, higher education, and transportation, among others. Most recently, Angie led Human Resources for Navitas - a leading global education services provider with over 8,000 employees, delivering educational services and learning solutions at over 120 colleges and university locations across 27 countries.
Angie holds a BS from Emmanuel College and has held board member positions on several boards including the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts and most recently, Immigrant Family Services Institute. She is a member of HR Leadership Forum, Society for HR Management, and Northeast HR Association.
