What Oxfam is doing

Oxfam is working to reach more than 175,000 people who have been uprooted by a surge in Pakistan's ongoing conflict. Many are now living in crowded camps, but Oxfam and partners will reach out to those living with host families, as well, helping them gain access to clean water, sanitation facilities, hygiene materials, and other essentials.

We will put special attention on the needs of those who are most vulnerable in this emergency, including the elderly, women, children, and people with disabilities. Oxfam will also support communities to advocate, with the government and other aid agencies, that their needs are met and their voices are heard.
