Form Mailer
A Form Mailer is a content type that allows you to set up a form on the website, and have the data a user enters in that form sent to an email address you specify.

Order Form Email Template (for Form Mailer)
This is an alternate template to paste into the Template screen of a Form Mailer (see the doc page on Form Mailers). It will format the email for orders, with address label info at the top, the order itself in an item/quantity table in the middle, and the full info supplied by the user at the bottom. NB: if you use this template and want it to work, the Group that holds the user's info must be called "Your Information".
