You don't need Chris Martin's celebrity power to be a Make Trade Fair star! University of San Diego sophomore Anthony Bacigalupo is fighting unfair trade rules head on by finding creative ways to educate his peers. Anthony first became involved with Oxfam after approaching his campus community service office seeking volunteer opportunities. In addition to setting up a table on campus to pass out materials on Oxfam and the Make Trade Fair campaign, Anthony makes sure www.maketradefair.com is mentioned in every issue of USD’s art magazine, of which he is the editor. Anthony also tells people about the Make Trade Fair campaign at the on-campus spoken-word forums he helps organize.
