ATAR Intercultural Foundation is a NGO working in Sucre to materialize the fair claims of the indigenous peoples and communities in areas of education, justice, observance of citizen rights, and revaluation of the cultural identity. ATAR is a new partner in the Andes Program promoting Oxfam America's work in Sucre.
